Using Watch IQ means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
Free: up to 3 lifetime scans per account.
Premium: subscription with unlimited scans for fair and personal use only. Not for commercial, bulk, automated, or competitive use.
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for automation, scraping, account sharing, excessive usage beyond typical individual patterns, or republishing results.
Managed by Apple App Store/Google Play and validated by an entitlement service. Auto-renew until canceled in your store settings before renewal.
Deleting the app or your Watch IQ account does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel via the app store settings.
After cancellation, access continues until the current period ends. Refunds follow the store's policy.
You retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display your content to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Identifications and estimates are informational only, may be inaccurate, and are not appraisals or financial advice.
No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity. No reverse engineering, automated access, data mining, or resale without written consent.
The App, models, and content are owned by Valtrium, LLC or its licensors.
Request deletion in-app or via support+watchiq@valtrium.co. Deletion removes your account, scans, collections, and photos from active systems. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days. We may keep minimal records required by law or to resolve disputes.
We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the App at any time.
Service provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of US$50 or the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Delaware law (excluding conflict rules). Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
